Columbia River Gorge... Sneaking between weather fronts from Kennewick to Portland/Vancouver

If memory serves, I believe this was between White Salmon and Cascade Locks

Just a beautiful ride on Saturday, October 13. I thought I should share a few photos. There were two weather fronts forcast to be coming in from off the coast that I was trying to sneak between enroute to Portland/Vancouver. Trying to avoid having to don the scuba gear :) For the most part, it was successful. I only had to put on the rain gear for about the last 60 miles, and that just because the drizzle started to get annoying. Stayed on the Washington side the whole way (Highway 14). Passed lots of Wineries and saw lots and lots of windmills through here. The wind is a little wierd and doesn't come at you the way you would expect in a couple places. It can also be pretty strong. There is also a full-size replica of Stonehenge that I stopped and took a couple of pictures to share. More complete than the original for certain, but pretty cool.
